6. Go Outside
Sometimes you need a break from your house or your office. You might feel stifled or stressed staying put in one area. But when you go outside you can decrease your stress and gain a sense of peace.
Research has shown that being outside in nature can calm the mind and improve mental health. Take a few minutes out of your day to be outside. Maybe go for a walk while you are at it.
